Simbioz respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use one of our mobile applications (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
PERSONAL DATA
We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email and address.
INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Application. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Application and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Application, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Camera
We may request access or permission to your camera from your mobile device to provide camera-based services. These services can be so that you can use the camera to take a photo from the Application, capture a QC code, read a marker for augmented reality, or even for an augmented reality experience.
Photos and images captured by the camera are not collected or shared unless you directly consent to such sharing.
Other Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, microphone, sensors, social media accounts, storage and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Third party services
The Application does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

LOG DATA
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Application to help customize the Application and improve your experience. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology.
Application Analytics
We may also partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Application through the use of first party cookies and third-party cookies, to, among other things, analyze and track users’ use of the Application, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity. By accessing the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.
SECURITY OF DATA
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our Application may be intended to be used by children under 13 only with the consent and oversight of a parent or by a teacher for use as part of the school’s curriculum.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
